The Moorea Dolphin center has always been involved with the local community and especially with kids.
It is now a tradition for us to organize a special Christmas party every year… for the 2016 edition we invited the kids from the Fare Moetini. This center works with kids from 5 to 18 years old who have physical or mental deficiency. Not only they provide them with medical care and adapted therapy but also give each of them the education and attention needed allowing every individual to progress.
Kids were able to go in the water with the dolphins, did a nice painting with the artist Bernard Berbille, and enjoyed a very fun show with Nani the Clown.
We wanted to thank the Te mana o te moana foundation for their help and particularly the Intercontinental Moorea Hotel Resort & Spa for letting us use the gardens, assisting with logistics and offering the party snacks and cakes to the kids.
A great way for us to give back to the community and to share magic moments with the kids!
